I got some good feedback from a couple of artists I really respect and I took this one back to the drawing board for a little tweaking. I ended up going with a straight up split-complementary scheme to deal with the issue of the foot being too similar in value to the icon in the back and I fixed the tangent problems I was having with the dragon Icon and IF. Thanks to everyone who chimed in, I really appreciate the feedback.

This ones colors are by far the best, I still like the dragon in the background from Ironfist A more, and absolutely hate this new DA.

Much better. I still think you should push more to the warm reds with the dragon, but this one stands well too.

I think the colors in ironfist are pretty warm and I want him to advance, so I put a cooler purple in the background to push it back. Maybey I need to make the greens a little warmer.
